Yes. We accept all major private health funds. If your policy includes physiotherapy, exercise physiology, or podiatry cover, you may be eligible to claim on the day of your appointment using our HICAPS facilities. We recommend checking with your health fund regarding your level of cover and available benefits.

Yes. We accept referrals under the Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) program, formerly known as GP Care Plans. If you have a valid referral from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate for a limited number of allied health appointments each calendar year. Please bring your referral paperwork to your appointment.

Yes. We work with patients under both WorkCover and Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance claims.
WorkCover: If you've sustained a work-related injury, we can assist with your rehabilitation and return-to-work goals.
CTP: If you've been injured in a motor vehicle accident, we can provide treatment under an approved CTP claim.
Please contact our team before your appointment so we can confirm the required claim details and ensure all paperwork is in place.
