Our intimate group classes are held in-house at our new Paradise Point clinic, using modern, state-of-the-art equipment.

Supervised training

Our university qualified exercise physiologists will guide you step-by-step, teaching you correct technique. Program will include a range of strength, flexibility and balance exercises.

Increased knowledge

Knowledge is power and we want you to be able to take control of your health. Your included home exercise program is specifically designed to meet your individual needs.

 
 

For optimal results, we recommend 2 x 45 minute sessions per week. Our exercise physiologists, Megan and Niki will help you build strength, improve balance and increase joint mobility.

 
 

During this program, you will be exercising with like-minded individuals in our fun and functional group classes. The exercises are low impact, making it suitable for all ages.
