Emma has experience treating both Musculoskeletal conditions and Pelvic Health. Emma has completed postgraduate training in women’s and men’s health which allows her to assess and treat a variety of conditions related to the bladder, bowel, sexual function, pelvic floor, pelvic organ prolapse including pessary fitting, pelvic pain conditions, pregnancy, postpartum, prostate cancer rehabilitation, and menopause. Emma loves to see people improving their overall wellness and uses a combination of manual therapy and exercise. She has experience in Clinical Pilates, hydrotherapy and loves to get people training in the gym.
Musculoskeletal conditions
· Anything & everything! Emma enjoys low back/hip/pelvis and lower limb surgeries/injuries. Emma also has a lot of experience with foot and ankle surgeries

· Sexual pain – vaginismus, vulvodynia
· Pre and post gynaecological surgery
Pregnancy
· Pelvic floor concerns during pregnancy and postpartum e.g. constipation, incontinence, bladder urgency.
· Common conditions during pregnancy including back pain, pelvic girdle pain, carpal tunnel, varicosities
· Birth preparation – understanding birth injuries to reduce risk, preparing the pelvic floor for birth including learning to push and breathe effectively, TENS use in labour, perineal massage, learning positions for labour, graded exercise during pregnancy, pelvic floor assessment pre and postnatal, education on best care postpartum including abdominal separation.
Postpartum
· Pelvic floor concerns postpartum e.g. incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, perineal tears, bowel dysfunction.
· Common conditions postpartum including mastitis, mum’s thumb, pelvic pain.
· Abdominal separation (diastasis rectus abdominus)
· Sexual pain
· Return to exercise
