Athlete Development

Our team of Exercise Physiologists are trained in utilizing the fundamentals of athletic performance which can add the 1% you need to be a better athlete and achieve your goals. By designing sport specific and individualised strength and conditioning programs we work with you and your coaches to maximise your training sessions.

Before commencing a program every individual will undertake a comprehensive assessment where athletic goals, training schedules and baseline measures are taken. We understand every millimetre and millisecond counts in maximising performance, so these measures let us both design a specific program for you and to also track your performance.

 

Rehab to High Performance

At MVP we are lucky to have a team of health professionals who work together to take you from your injury, through your rehab process and onto high performance.

Our physiotherapists will treat and guide you through the acute stages of your injury with a combination of manual therapy and the commencement of rehabilitation exercises. As your rehabilitation progresses our physiotherapists will collaborate with our exercise physiologists who will work on more sport specific rehabilitation. The combination of these therapies is shown to reduce recovery time and help to maintain your general fitness while recovering from injury.

 

High Performance Living

You don’t need to be an athlete to benefit from training with our Exercise Physiologists. Everyone can benefit from supervised training, whether it be to improve your general fitness, improve your strength or to improve your mental wellbeing.

AT MVP we specialise in delivering individualised exercise programs designed to meet your goals and make you the best version of yourself. We offer a variety of session types, from classes to individual sessions to training with a partner.
